Frequently Asked Questions

What if I approved, and paid for my invoice but it is different than what I wanted?

Please double check all the details of your order including the sizes, artwrok, and other details. We are not responsible for missing items that were not on the invoice.

Please doulbe check all of the details of your proof including the design, the spelling of words, the ink colors used in your design, and all other details of your design. Once an artwork design has been approved no changes can be made, and our team is not responsible for any misspellings, ink color differences, or any other differences from the approved proof.

Please double check the style of garment used, the color of the garment, and the size breakdown for the order. If you need clarification on anything found on the invoice please reply back to the email, and our team will assist you right away. Our production team is only able to work from approved invoices, proofs, and work orders so please make sure all details on the invoice are correct.

How long is the turnaround time?

Turnaround times average 15-25 business days from the day the order is placed, artwork is approved, and payment is made.

Turnaround times do not include transit times.

Our Free Shipping only includes USPS Ground services. Please talk with our CSR on the cost to upgrade your shipping method after checkout.

Slower response times to proof emails, and exessive changes may result in delays.

For orders placed online in our design studio the turnaround time is 15-25 business days after proof approval.

Delivery Dates are only estimated at checkout. While we do our best to hit the estimated delivery date, we ask that our customers let us know about any hard in hands due dates for any orders placed online or with our CSR team.

For orders placed through working with our CSR the turnaround timedoes not start until the inovice has been paid, and the artwork has been approved.

In certain circumstances, delays do arise that are outside of our control. In these circumstances orders may take up to 25-30 business days to ship.

What if am not happy with the way my order turned out?

That’s not a problem. We are so confident in our work, and quality that we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all orders*

If you are unsatisfied with your order then we simply ask that you ship it back to us within 3 business days of receipt.

If the order is correct from the invoice, or approved artwork, the customer is responsible for the shipping charges to return the garments.

If the order is incorrect from the invoice, or the approved artwork, then we will send you a prepaid shipping label to ship us the garments back for a replacement or refund.

Can I get a sample printed before my large purchase?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the direct to film printing proces and the cost constriants associated with the we are unable to provide free custom samples for any orders less tan 5,000 pieces. To get a sample printed you must pay $25.00 once you decide to use for your printing service we will subtract the $25.00 from the total cost of your order. Will I get an electronic proof after purchase, and before my order is printed?

Yes, we require that all orders have approved artwork prior to production.

If the order is an online order submitted in our design studio, or other online platforms, then you will receive an electronic proof in 1-5 business days after purchase for approval.

If the order was placed through our customer service team then they will work with you directly to create the approved artwork.

Is this vinyl?

No, we only use industrial grade direct to film, sublimation and plastiol transfer equipment to print and fulfill all orders.

We only use special heat transfer vinyl  such as glitter, holographic, reflective, glow in the dark for customers who want that bling bling look.

Will I get a tracking number once my order is shipped?

Yes, you will get an email with the tracking number information

Due to the custom nature of t-shirt printing we are unable to process full cash refunds for orders that were approved by the customer, but diffeent than what was expected.

Work with our account management team for the refund options.

Refunds are processed in 4-7 business days after the request has been submitted, and the order has been returned to our facility. We cannot initiate any refund options until we receive the order into our facility.

Cancellation Policy

All of our products are made to order especially for you. You can cancel or amend your order at any time before it is sent to production. In some cases, this could be as soon as two hours for Rush shipping, just 12 hours for standard shipping, or once the listing ends (whichever comes first). If the order has been sent to production, it means that our production team is already working to produce it. Due to that, it may not be possible to cancel the order free of charge at this point. Order cancelled prior to production will result in a 25% processing fee. Due to the custom and rush nature – rush fees cannot be refunded under any circumstance.

What if my items are not in stock?

We do not stock blank garments. All the blank garments for orders are ordered from our vendor network after we receive payment and confirmation of the artwork.

There are times when itmes may be out of stock when our purchasing team goes to order the blank garments for your order. We understand that this can be a frustrating process at times.

Please note we are experiencing industry wide delays that are outside of our control, and it may cause delays to the estimated completion date of your order. In order to mitigate these delays we will replace out of stock items with comparable brands, colors, or other colors that are in the order. If the order needs to have the exact sizes and colors listed please notify our team. If the out of stock items/need replaced items exceed 10% of your order then our team will reach out to you for options to replace these out of stock items without delaying the order.

We offer 3 options when items are completely out of stock:

  • Replace items with a different color
  • Replace items with a different style/brand
  • Refund the order

Our CSR team will reach out as soon as possible to work through the solution for your out of stock items without delaying your order.

Can I combine my designs?

No, price breaks are based per design/colorway.
